Beach Towels

1. Organizing Company

The "Beach Towels" promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by VIA OUTLETS SEVILLA, S.L.U., with registered office in Marratxí (Mallorca), Mallorca Fashion Outlet - Management Offices, Autopista Palma-Inca km 7.1, CP 07141, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Mallorca (sheet PM-92144 / volume 2919 / page 49) and with CIF B-91558940 (the "Company"). The Company can be contacted at its registered office.

2. Purpose of the Promotion

2.1. The Promotion consists of giving away one (1) towel to members of the Sevilla Fashion Club who make purchases worth €250 or more in stores within the Center participating in the Sevilla Fashion Club loyalty program, using their Sevilla Fashion Club membership QR code at the time of purchase to register the transaction, throughout the month of August (or until supplies last).

2.2. The geographical scope of this Promotion extends to the territory of Spain.

2.3. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

3. Participants

3.1. Any natural person may participate, provided they are at least 18 years old and a member of our Sevilla Fashion Club loyalty program. Employees of the Company, the Shopping Center, or our brands related to this Promotion, as well as their first and second-degree relatives, are not allowed to participate (hereinafter, "Participant").

3.2. The Participant's identification must match the name used to register with the Sevilla Fashion Club; otherwise, the Participant will be immediately excluded.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize consists of one (1) towel. A total of 500 towels will be given away.

4.2. The prize is as described above and does not extend to any other items not expressly specified.

4.3. The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged in any way, not even for its monetary value. In no case can the prize be exchanged for cash.

4.4. In compliance with current legislation, if applicable, the Company will make the corresponding withholding and payment on account of the Personal Income Tax on the prize winner's behalf and declare the prizes awarded on the appropriate tax forms. The tax implications of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Company is released from any liability.

5. Participation Requirements

5.1. To participate, it is only necessary to make purchases at the stores and restaurants within the Shopping Center participating in the Sevilla Fashion Club loyalty program throughout the month of August (or until supplies last), using the Sevilla Fashion Club membership QR code at the participating establishments (excluding restaurants). The Company will not accept QR codes that have not been correctly scanned at the participating establishments, and the Participant will be excluded from this Promotion. For clarity, the Promotion will only be activated on the dates specified in these Terms and Conditions, so purchases made on other days not listed here will not be counted. In any case, the minimum purchase amount must be made on a single Saturday, and purchases from different Saturdays cannot be combined.

5.2. Participation is limited to once per day, as included in these Terms and Conditions, meaning only one towel will be given per person per Saturday. Registrations exceeding the maximum allowed number will be considered void and will not be eligible to participate.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1. Throughout the month of August (or until supplies last), members of the Sevilla Fashion Club who make purchases of €250 or more will receive an email notification informing them that they can go to the Center's Information Point to collect their towel by showing their QR Code. If they have not enabled communication reception from the Company, the customer must go to the Center's Information Point to collect the towel by showing their QR Code after verifying that they have reached the aforementioned amount of €250.

7. Identity Verification

7.1. Entries made with an invalid email address will be considered null and void.

7.2. Participants agree to have their identity verified and to have the declared address compared with their national identity document. Any false statement of identity or address will result in the immediate expulsion of the Participant.

8. Fraud

Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate expulsion of the Participant.

9. Non-Compliance

If the winners do not meet the criteria set out in these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will be retained by the Company.

10. Publication of Winners' Data and Copyright

10.1. The Company reserves the right to publish the names and images of the winners and their prizes on the Internet, social media platforms of the Shopping Center, and any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet without any additional compensation for the winners. By participating, winners expressly accept the publication of their data.

11. Use of the Internet

11.1. Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding its technical functioning, the risk of interruptions, and, more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission carried out over the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible diversion, and the risk of infection by network viruses.

11.2. The Company will not be held liable for the following, among other things:

- Internet transmissions.

- Internet and/or software malfunctions.

- Consequences of viruses, malfunctions, anomalies, technical defects.

- Malfunctions, whether technical, hardware, or software.

12. Liability

12.1. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the interruption, malfunction, expulsion of Participants, or cancellation of the Promotion for any reason. This also applies to any direct or indirect damage that may result from connecting to this site.

12.2. Each Participant must take all necessary measures to protect their own data and/or software on their electronic device, computer, and/or website from possible attacks.

12.3. The connection to the Company's site and participation in the Promotion are the sole responsibility of the Participants. The Company will also not be held responsible if the Promotion has to be modified, shortened, or canceled due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control.

12.4. The Company reserves the right to determine if the rules have been respected, particularly regarding the expulsion of a Participant who has abused them.

13. Force Majeure

During the Promotion, additions or, in the event of force majeure, modifications may be published, which, once notified by the Company, will be considered annexes to these rules.

14. Changes and/or Cancellation of the Promotion

14.1. The Company reserves the right to change, extend, or even completely cancel the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control. The Company will not be held responsible if the Promotion has to be interrupted, delayed, or even canceled for reasons beyond its control.

14.2. Any case not expressly contemplated in these rules will be considered by the Company, and its decision in this regard will be final.

15. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

16.1. Unless otherwise stated by the Participant, the information provided in the registration form will be entered into the Company's database.

16.2. The Company will process the data to carry out and manage the Promotion, as well as to contact the Participant to inform them of any related facts or activities, with the processing being necessary and justified by the contractual execution of their participation in the Promotion.

16.3. The data will be processed by the Company while the Promotion remains open for participation. Once all prizes have been awarded, the data will be retained for the necessary period to comply with the Company's legal obligations, including those related to any actions arising from the Promotion.

16.4. The winner expressly agrees that the Company may mention them on its social media as the Promotion winner.

16.5. Each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, limit, or transfer their data, which can be exercised by sending an email to [email protected], indicating in the subject line: "Ref: Beach Towel Promotion." They may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they believe that the processing has been carried out contrary to these legal bases or the applicable regulations.

16.6. We are committed to protecting the Participant's privacy and only use their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Please read our Privacy Policy, available on our website, to understand how we collect and use your personal information as part of the Promotion. The contract between us requires us to process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By participating, the Participant acknowledges acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

16.8. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts, unless otherwise stated, that the Company may collect and use their information in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville.
