STORE MANAGER
We are in search of a full-time Store Manager. We are seeking a team leader, exemplary in sales, with organizational and merchandising skills, as well as a good business manager and administrator.
Responsibilities:
Technical Competencies:
Sales Management:
Provide excellent customer service according to established standards and ensure that the sales team applies them.
Advise customers on all products available in the store.
Direct customers to the brand's flagship products.
Retain and maintain customer loyalty.
Store Organization:
Organize sections to attract customers and increase sales.
Train staff on available products in the store.
Ensure the store is clean and inviting.
Organize, supervise, and participate in section replenishment.
Stock Management:
Place orders in collaboration with the Central in France.
Receive ordered items according to established procedures.
Replenish stock based on sales and sales forecasts.
Manage product returns according to established procedures.
Prepare, supervise, and participate in inventories.
Administrative and Financial Tasks Management:
Manage the store while respecting the operations manual.
Update daily sales for reporting purposes.
Manage and be responsible for the store's cash register.
Act as a liaison between the store and the Central in France.
Communicate all necessary information to the HR department for payroll and other requirements.
Management Competencies:
Manage and update employee schedules, respecting legal obligations.
Plan and inform employees about tasks to be performed during the day.
Train, energize, and motivate the team to create a favorable sales environment.
Anticipate future hires and participate in recruitment, providing information to HR for necessary hires.
Actively lead, plan, and coordinate store marketing activities as a company ambassador.
Set goals, monitor results, and analyze deviations.
Other Requirements:
The Store Manager may be required to perform other duties as needed by the business.
Required Knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager.
Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, messaging).
Mastery of sales techniques and KPIs.
Knowledge of surf culture.
Knowledge of commercial and labor legislation.
Skills in Visual Merchandising will be valued.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
